You’ll explore Lake Manyara, visit the indigenous Hadzabe and Datoga tribes at Lake Eyasi, witness the vast wilderness of the Serengeti, and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, you’ll drive to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, and flamingos. Enjoy a game drive before heading to Karatu for an overnight stay.
Today, you’ll visit Lake Eyasi, home to the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. You'll experience a unique cultural tour, joining the Hadzabe hunters as they demonstrate their ancient hunting techniques. Afterward, visit the Datoga blacksmiths before returning to Karatu for the night.
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, where you'll see the Big Five and a high concentration of predators. After lunch, drive to Serengeti National Park, where you’ll overnight in a safari lodge or tented camp.
Spend two full days exploring Serengeti National Park, known for its abundant wildlife and the Great Migration. You’ll track lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and more. Enjoy overnight stays in a Serengeti lodge or tented camp.
After a morning game drive, you’ll visit a traditional Maasai village to learn about their customs, dances, and way of life. Later, you’ll drive back to Karatu for the night.
After breakfast, drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your safari. Optionally, you can take a flight to Zanzibar for an extended beach holiday.
